    Tailored HypnoTrack™ Policy

    1. Service Description

    Tailored HypnoTrack™ is a custom-created hypnotherapy audio recording designed based on the information you provide in your intake form and suggestibility test.
    It is intended for personal use to support relaxation, focus, motivation, and behavioral change at your own pace.

    2. Delivery

    • After submitting your intake form, you will receive your personalized MP3 recording via email within 3–5 business days. 

    • Your recording is designed specifically for you and should not be shared or distributed.

    3. Feedback & Adjustments

    • After receiving your HypnoTrack™, you have the opportunity to share initial feedback within 7 days.

    • Minor corrections will be made only in cases of discrepancies between the agreed goal and the delivered content.

    • Any additional changes, alternative versions, or follow-up recordings are considered new services and are billed separately.

    4. Refund Policy

    • Due to the personalized nature of the service, refunds are not available once work has begun on your recording.

    • If you decide not to proceed before production starts, a full refund can be issued.

    • If, after completing your first HypnoTrack™, you wish to create additional tracks for new goals, these are treated as separate sessions.

    5. Client Responsibility

    • Tailored HypnoTrack™ is meant to complement, not replace, medical or psychological care.

    • Always consult your physician if you have medical or mental health concerns.

    • Do not listen to your track while driving or performing any activity requiring focus and alertness.

    6. Continuous Therapeutic Approach

    Each recording represents one step in your therapeutic journey.
    If, during the process, you discover new goals, emotions, or challenges, you are welcome to request additional personalized recordings as part of your ongoing self-development.
