Refunds may only be granted if:

• You request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase and before work begins.

• A technical error occurs on our part that prevents delivery.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Dissatisfaction with results (as individual experiences vary).

• Change of mind after receiving your recording.

• Failure to download or store your recording properly.

For Standard Digital Recordings

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for non-custom recordings, provided you:

• Request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

• Do not abuse this policy by repeatedly requesting refunds.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method.

Refund & Cancellation Policy for Hypnotherapy & Coaching Sessions

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as possible. Please review our refund and cancellation policy for booked hypnotherapy and coaching sessions:

✔ Cancellations & Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule or cancel a session at least 24 hours in advance without penalty. Late cancellations (within 24 hours of the session) may be subject to a partial refund or rescheduling fee due to the time reserved for the session.
✔ No-Shows: If a client fails to attend a session without prior notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refund will be issued.
✔ Refund Requests: Refunds for prepaid sessions will be considered only in exceptional cases and must be requested within 7 days of the original payment. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
✔ Package Sessions: If you purchased a multi-session package, partial refunds will be issued only for the remaining unused sessions. Any completed sessions will be deducted at the standard session rate.
