Boryana Hristov
Emotional Systems Architect
Ony’s therapy style is deeply personalized, understanding that every individual is unique and tailoring each session to meet the specific needs and goals of her clients.
Before relocating to California, USA, as a psychologist in Europe, she built a respected practice and helped countless clients gain clarity, direction, and tangible improvements in their lives.
In her quest to deepen her ability to bring positive change, Ony expanded her professionalism by becoming certified in Hypnotherapy.
This addition was more than just another qualification; it was a reflection of her passion for exploring the vast potential of the human mind and the art of empowering individuals to embrace their authentic selves.
Ony believes in the transformative power of hypnosis as a standalone modality, offering a unique toolkit that expands beyond the traditional methods of psychology, providing even more effective strategies for personal growth.
Her passion for helping individuals unlock their potential and embrace their authentic selves drives her to provide powerful strategies for personal growth, confidence-building, and self-discovery.
Ony empowers her clients to navigate life’s challenges with clarity and resilience, enabling them to take actionable steps toward creating the balanced, fulfilling future they deserve.

When there is no way out, look for another way in.
When I was a young girl, my mother took me to visit a wise old man because I was easily frightened.
As soon as I entered his garden, he looked at me kindly and asked my name.
"Boryana," I replied.
He paused for a moment and said:
"Use the name Oni. Tell your family and friends to call you Oni."
He didn't explained why.
Years later, after moving to the United States, I was preparing to start a new business. When I mentioned to my thirteen-year-old son, Gogo, that design was not my strength, he disappeared into his room and returned hours later with a logo he had created himself.
The business never happened. The logo was never used.
Yet I saved it.
Every time I moved to a new computer, I copied that file and carried it with me. For more than ten years, through career changes, new beginnings, challenges, and transformations, the logo quietly remained.
Eventually, my work evolved into what it is today. I adopted the name Ony, and while building this practice, I rediscovered the logo my son had made all those years ago.
Today, the emblem you see here is more than a logo.
It is a reminder of a wise man's words, a son's love, and a lesson life has taught me many times:
Sometimes the things meant for us arrive long before we are ready for them.
